C2BPO

C2BPO is a calling application created to call customers, examine their issues, and then provide desirable solutions to them. This application was created using Node.js, Google Apps Script, Angular, MySQL, Google Sheets, Google Cloud Platform, Data Studio.

The left panel on the web application consists of four features to let you use this app sufficiently. The first option is about Disposition where you have to enter the Customer’s number.

Later, the second feature is about Lead Status which informs us about whether the applicant’s request has been granted or not, the task has been completed or not, or the payment is refunded or not. This is the main feature of the web application. When a customer is stuck in something this will help him get it resolved. For instance, if he or she purchased a hotel room for their vacation stay but later on they want to cancel the booking and want their refund. This application will calculate the number of such customers who need to be helped or need any such refund. If the customer agrees then the call will be connected to the mediator agent who will further process the operation and help the customer in getting the refund. Thus the commission will be paid to both these supporters, the service center and the agent. It includes the details of Developer, Grantee, Grantee 1, Grantee 2, CSG Agent, and Exit Marketing Agent.

The third feature is about Exit Marketing Report which notifies about total applications approved or total applicants who got their refunds. It also represents the total number of appointments followed by each agent along with the appointment percentage.

The fourth and last option is Omni Channel which will let you connect to the customers/clients on social media accounts such as Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. You can also connect through Email, Phone Number, SMS, and Chat services through the channel only. This makes it easier for you to socialize and discuss your client’s issues on a greater and more convenient level.
